Inside the report

What you're actually looking at.

Every Vantage report is structured the same way, so your sales team always knows where to look. Here's what each section represents — and why it earns its place in the brief.

01 — Property identification
Building name, address, registered owner.
The first block ties every report to a verifiable property record. No ambiguity, no duplicates, no guesswork on which building the report describes.
02 — Tailte-verified floor area
Legally registered roof area.
Every floor area is sourced from Ireland's official property register. When you quote a roof size to a prospect, that figure is on file with the State.
03 — Aerial imagery
High-resolution satellite shot.
A direct-overhead view of the building so you can read the roof condition, orientation, and surrounding context before you ever drive there.
04 — AI roof analysis
Obstructions and usable area mapped.
HVAC plant, skylights, vents, and existing installations are surfaced visually. The usable panel-deployable area is calculated from what's actually on the roof — not the building footprint.
05 — System estimate
kWp, orientation, expected generation.
A practical sizing estimate based on the verified roof area and orientation. Enough detail to walk into the conversation already knowing what fits.
06 — Lead score
Gold, Silver, or Bronze with confidence figure.
Every prospect is scored so your team always knows who to call first. The score is shown with the working — no black box, no unexplained ratings.
07 — Decision-maker contacts
Director names, phone, email.
Cross-referenced from the Companies Registration Office. The right human to call is at the bottom of the report — no LinkedIn hunt required.
08 — White-label client summary
A proposal-ready one-pager.
The same lead, reformatted for the prospect — your logo, your colours, your contact details. Drops into a pitch deck or follows a phone call with zero rework.
