The service
VantageHQ provides commercial solar prospecting intelligence to solar installation businesses in Ireland. The service consists of a periodic lead pack — delivered to subscribers on a county-exclusive basis — containing AI-screened commercial properties analysed for solar installation viability, along with decision-maker contact intelligence sourced from publicly available registers.
The service is B2B in nature. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting as a business, not as a consumer, and that you will use the data provided to support legitimate commercial sales activity in the solar industry.
Subscription and billing
VantageHQ subscriptions are monthly rolling contracts. Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is processed and renews automatically each calendar month until cancelled.
- Billing cycle: Monthly, charged in advance on the same date each month.
- Pricing: Subscription fees are as agreed at the time of sign-up. VantageHQ reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
- Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe. VantageHQ does not store card details directly.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again within 3 business days. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access to the service may be suspended.
County exclusivity
A core feature of the VantageHQ service is county exclusivity: only one installer may hold an active subscription for any given county at any one time.
- Once your county subscription is active, no other installer will receive VantageHQ intelligence reports for that county while your subscription remains current.
- Exclusivity applies to the subscriber's active subscription period only. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the county becomes available to other installers.
- VantageHQ will not retrospectively restore exclusivity once a county has been reassigned to a new subscriber.
- Subscribers with active subscriptions have first right of refusal on adjacent counties as they are opened by VantageHQ, subject to availability.
To protect your exclusivity, ensure your subscription remains active and payments are up to date. VantageHQ is not liable for loss of county exclusivity resulting from a lapsed payment or subscriber-initiated cancellation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying VantageHQ in writing at hello@vantagehq.ie.
- Notice period: 30 days written notice is required. Your subscription and county exclusivity will remain active through the end of the current billing period in which notice is given.
- No partial refunds: Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable on cancellation.
- Data after cancellation: Lead packs and reports delivered prior to cancellation remain yours to use. VantageHQ retains no obligation to provide further deliveries after the final paid period.
Data ownership and methodology
The intelligence reports and lead packs delivered to you are licensed to you for use in your own business development activity. You own the relationships you build — VantageHQ makes no claim on any customer relationship, project, or contract you secure using the data we provide.
VantageHQ retains full ownership of its data methodology, screening logic, proprietary scoring system, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the VantageHQ platform or analysis pipeline to the subscriber.
- You may use delivered reports and lead data internally within your business.
- You may share white-label outputs with prospective customers as part of your own sales process.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute VantageHQ data to third parties.
- You may not use the data to build a competing prospecting product or service.
Data accuracy and limitation of liability
VantageHQ draws on authoritative sources — including Tailte Éireann's property register, high-resolution satellite imagery, and Google's Solar API — and applies a proprietary multi-pass analysis to every property in scope. We take data quality seriously.
However, all data is provided for informational and prospecting purposes only. VantageHQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any individual report. Property conditions change; ownership records may not reflect the most recent transactions; solar yield estimates are modelled projections, not engineering certifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
- VantageHQ's total liability to any subscriber shall not exceed the total fees paid by that subscriber in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
- VantageHQ is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including lost revenue or lost contracts, arising from reliance on our data.
- Subscribers are responsible for independently verifying material facts before committing to a project based on a Vantage report.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by VantageHQ's negligence.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the VantageHQ service and its data outputs in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable GDPR obligations when contacting decision-makers identified in our reports.
Decision-maker contact information included in Vantage reports is sourced from publicly available registers (Companies Registration Office) and is provided for legitimate B2B commercial contact. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach activity complies with Irish and EU data protection law, including any applicable soft opt-in rules under the ePrivacy Regulations.
VantageHQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a subscriber is found to be using the service in breach of these terms or applicable law.
Service availability
VantageHQ aims to deliver lead packs on a consistent weekly schedule. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery and are not liable for delays arising from data source outages, API changes by third-party providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a scheduled delivery is materially delayed by more than 14 days for reasons within our control, we will apply a pro-rata credit to the subscriber's account for the affected period.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by written correspondence. Contact us first at hello@vantagehq.ie.
Changes to these terms
VantageHQ may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about any part of these terms, write to us at hello@vantagehq.ie.
